Billy is a Loan Officer for All American Mortgage (AAM), specializing in residential home lending. Prior to joining AAM in 2004, Billy was a farmer in lower Sussex County, Delaware.
In 1978, Billy earned his Associates Degree in Agri-Business from Delaware Technical Community College.
During his free time, Billy enjoys officiating youth baseball, traveling and playing golf.
Billy is a current member of the Church of Christ in Ocean View, Delaware and a Past Master of Doric Lodge #30 (Masonic Lodge) in Millville, Delaware.
