Carey Insurance Group is looking for Account Managers to join our teams in Princess Anne and Annapolis. Please note - candidates for our Annapolis office must be bilingual.
We’re looking for organized, customer-focused individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to providing exceptional service. Account Managers are responsible for managing and servicing an assigned book of personal and/or commercial insurance accounts while building strong relationships with clients, carriers, producers, and fellow team members.
Responsibilities include assisting clients with policy questions and coverage needs; processing policy changes, endorsements, certificates, renewals, billing inquiries, and other service requests; maintaining accurate client and policy information; assisting producers with new business and remarketing; and supporting the retention and growth of existing accounts through proactive communication and service.
